I was a California prosecutor for 13 years prosecuting a variety of Penal Code, Vehicle Code, and Health and Safety Code offenses. I trained police officers on domestic violence, child abuse, stalking, criminal threats, revenge porn, and 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments under the U.S. Constitution. I also bring numerous years of experience in administrative appeals and hearings leading to my work as a Hearing Officer in the Bay Area since 2019.

As an appellate attorney, I have written and argued numerous criminal appeals with great success and have had several petitions for review granted with the California Supreme Court.
