As a Hearing Officer, I oversee administrative hearings and review applicable ordinance requirements, testimony, and evidence presented. After the hearing, I provide a written legal analysis and decision. At present, I hear landlord/tenant petitions on limitations on evictions and relocation payments to other rent-related ordinance issues. However, given my vast experience in criminal and code enforcement, I am qualified to hear petitions beyond rent control and landlord/tenant issues.
